This piece is part of a school assignment with the theme of reality and dream, in the style of Surrealism. This work is inspired by Frida Kahlo and Joan Miró, drawing on their approaches to identity, symbolism, and subconscious imagery. It explores the experience of an identity crisis through soft, dreamlike forms.

At the centre of the piece is a sheep, whose softness suggests vulnerability. The pomegranate surrounding it symbolises fragility and the feeling of being made from something delicate and easily broken. The title, “Eye of the Wolf,” reveals that the real animal looking into the mirror is a strong wolf, but it sees itself reflected as a sheep.

In the other variation, the soft sheep sits inside a bus, while the exterior of the bus visually represents the sheep’s emotional state.
